Cambridge Site Services was founded by Jim Graham in 1973, as a plant-hire company supplying local construction sites.
Four years later, the company took a bold sideways leap into buying and reconditioning used plant for resale, and has never looked back.
In the early days, the emphasis was on portable diesel compressors, which still constitute a large part of our inventory. But before long, we were dealing with all kinds of drilling equipment too, along with generators, rollers and compactors. And these days, with our vast experience and impressive network of industry contacts, we can locate and supply almost any kind of construction and drilling machinery, and all the parts required to keep it in service.
